Day 1: Leave the predefined path
Let's hike about transforming organizations
The first day is the day when the international community gathers. It is also open for our friends and partners, so don't miss it!
We will do an Inspiration Hike to Andechs, starting at 3pm, during which we will have inspiring impulses and deep reflections.
Back in Wartaweil, a fireplace for informal gatherings and connections awaits us to let the evening fade away.
Day 2: Be permanent beta
Let's talk about us
On this first core day we will do some organizational self-reflection and discuss about strategic topics. It is a key element of the summit to take a step back and learn from what we did and experimented with.
We never stop learning, we are permanent beta.
Day 3: Get active and cocreate
Let's get hands dirty
We work together on projects, ideas and discuss proposals. This is the day on which we use our collective intelligence to bring us as individuals, as a group and our projects on the next level by real collaboration.
Day 4: Take the most out of it
Time to say goodbye
The day will come that we will say goodbye. But being fuelled with ideas, connections and memories we can celebrate the finals of the summit with a proper bavarian breakfast - of course with Weisswurst and beer!

Morning Activites
for a wonderful start of the day
Each morning there is the possibility to join activites like yoga to have a powerful and mindful start into the day.
Thanks to being in nature, you could also do swimming in the lake or little wakeup-walks.
Oktoberfest
full bavarian taste
Not only that you visit the bavarian capital Munich, but also you have the possibility to join us at the Oktoberfest at the 18.09.2017.

Ammersee
connect to nature
We will be the wonderful lake "Ammersee", which is around half an hour ride distance from Munich. On the arrival/departure day there will be a shuttle between train station "Herrsching" and Wartaweil, where our Summit takes place.
